Hands On Fitness
A personal training brand that offers one-on-one bespoke training programs, nutritional advice, sports massage therapy and fitness programs. Branding and identity needed to be created and applied to various digital and printed materials including: business cards, gym wear, studio, podcast and social media channels.
The Brand
Utilising the strong geometric shapes of a triangle (a symbol of power & strength across history) the shape allowed a foundation for a monogram 'H & F' of the business to be incorporated into the design. Orange was selected as the primary colour to inspire, excite and create a positive energy for the brand with a darker slate grey to create contrast, anchor the design and provide the steel/metal metaphor of getting in shape.
