As with all my trips I captured a lot of the people, places and moments whilst working in China. There’s nothing I enjoy more than giving others a glimpse into daily life whilst I travel. My chosen platform is always Instagram and with this post I thought I’d round up my favourite posts from my time in China. It was hard to choose a few for this post, so if you want to see more remember to check my Instagram for more! If you’d like to read more about my time in China then read this post on Shanghai and here for Beijing.
One thing I’ve noticed a lot in Shanghai is the active role of the elderly here. No one seems to be sitting idle once you hit a certain age – very much still an integral part of the family unit. It is usually the elderly that look after the grandchildren and take them to school. Tai chi, board games and general congregations in parks is nice to see that everyone is so active #shanghainese #shanghailife
Walking The Great Wall of China is definitely up there in my travel accomplishments. I never thought I would ever actually get to experience it. I was lucky with the weather and as I climbed an insane amount of steps I got to witness a stunning backdrop of misty mountains 👌🏻 My journey here in China is about to take a different direction, as I have decided to move onto something different. I have learnt and gained a lot from my time here and one day I hope to return to discover some more views like this one ☝🏻#chinagram #greatwallofchina #traveltribe
